Sex Quiz for Couples: What's Your Dynamic Tonight?
Updated November 1, 2026
This sex quiz has no science behind it and won’t tell you who you really are. What it will do is give you ten questions to answer separately, a silly label at the end, and twenty minutes of comparing notes, where all the fun is.
Each of you should answer on your own, on paper or in your notes app, without peeking. Choose the answer that’s closest, and if none fits, write in your own. Any question you’d like to skip can be skipped, by either of you, with no follow-up.
The ten questions

- B) Essential if there’s an outfit involved.
- C) Fine, as long as the plan is something new.

7. During a game of truth or dare, you’d choose…

- D) A snack, and then another round of whatever that was.
Your labels
Count up your most frequent letter. If it’s a tie, you can claim both and sound more interesting.
Mostly A: The Slow Burn. You like closeness and time, and a long evening is a better prize than a quick one. Your partner should take the phone out of the room and start with intimate questions.
Mostly B: The Headliner. You like a sense of occasion, and you’d rather be watched than be anywhere else. Ask for a roleplay scene where you get the best lines, or a coupon for a private show.
Mostly C: The Explorer. You’d rather try something and regret it than not find out. The bucket list for two was made for you, and so was the top level of truth or dare.
Mostly D: The Express Service. You don’t see why this quiz has ten questions. Roll the sex dice and be done in under a minute, or, as a personal challenge, set a timer and see whether you can make it last.
Comparing notes
Now swap papers. This is the actual game, and it’s better taken slowly, one question at a time, than skipped straight to the label.
Start with the ones you matched on. Then look at where you differ, particularly questions 3, 5 and 8: if one of you wants a quiet word and the other wants a public compliment, you’ve just been handed some very specific instructions. Neither answer is wrong, and a Slow Burn with an Express Service isn’t a mismatch, only an interesting negotiation that could involve a timer.
Ask “did that one catch you off guard?” rather than “why did you say that?”, which can sound like an accusation even when it isn’t meant to. Your answers will shift with your mood and the week you’ve had, so take the quiz again some other time and see what’s moved.
Want more of this?
Would you rather gives you the same pleasure at a faster clip, with more arguing. And if the quiz brought up something you’d like to try, write it on a blank coupon and let your partner decide when to hand it back.
