Three hundred and twenty-four cards is far more than the two of you will get through tonight. We made the deck that size so the evening gives out before the ideas do, however late you keep going.
Three heats, your call
Mild is flirting with your clothes on: compliments, slow dances, a confession or two about that outfit. Hot is where things start coming off and the questions start getting specific. Extra hot takes nerve more than anything else. Its truths ask for what you’ve been too shy to say, and its dares are bold, close and very much for the two of you.
Each level holds 108 cards, split evenly between truths and dares, and you can move between levels whenever you like.
The rules, such as they are
Take turns. Whoever’s turn it is picks truth or dare, taps, and reads the card aloud. Do it, answer it, or skip it. The next card is never one you’ve already seen until the whole level has been played, at which point it reshuffles.
Skipping a card needs no reason, and neither of you asks for one. Before you begin, settle which heat you’re both in the mood for and whether climbing later sounds fun. It’s a short conversation, and every card after it plays better, since you each know the other one wants to be here.
You may be wondering
Can we play on a single phone?
That’s how it’s designed. Pass it back and forth, or lay it on the bed between you.
What happens if we close the page?
This phone remembers which cards you’ve seen, so coming back won’t hand you the same ones. Once a heat runs out, a button shuffles it back in.
Does anyone see our answers?
Your answers are said out loud, to each other, and the cards are drawn on your phone; nothing about either goes to us or to anybody else, as our privacy page spells out.
We’re in different cities. Can this still work?
There’s a deck built for it: the long distance version gives both phones the same cards through a shared link, so you move together over a call. For writing your own cards, we collected more questions and dares to borrow from.
