These terms apply when you use spicyfortwo.com. By using the site, you accept them. They’re short, and we’ve tried to keep them readable.

Adults only

You need to be 18 or over to use this site, or the age of majority where you live if that’s higher. If you don’t meet that requirement, please leave now.

Some content on the site is sexual in theme, though nothing here is pornographic. Please stay away if that kind of content is restricted where you are.

Playing the games

The games are for two adults who both want to play. Agree on what you’re up for before you start, and treat every “no”, “not tonight” and “skip” as final. Whatever you choose to do with a card, a dare or a coupon is your own decision and your own responsibility. Look after each other, and leave out anything that doesn’t suit your body, your health or your circumstances.

The games and guides are entertainment. They aren’t medical, psychological, legal or relationship advice, and they’re no substitute for talking to a qualified professional about anything that’s worrying you.

A printed coupon is a bit of fun, and it creates no obligation of any kind, for anyone. Shared links are your own to look after: anybody who has one can open it, and the privacy page explains how much protection the bucket list’s code does and doesn’t offer.

Some links are affiliate links to third-party sites intended for adults, and they can pay us when you sign up or buy something there. Those sites run under their own rules and privacy policies, and we aren’t responsible for their content, products or services.

Our content

The cards, texts, code and design on this site belong to Spicy for Two or are used with permission. You’re welcome to print and play with them for your own personal use. Please don’t republish or sell them, or scrape them to build another site.

The usual cautions

We offer the site as it is, for free, and it may change, break or disappear at any time. As far as the law allows, we accept no liability for loss or damage arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any right you can’t legally give up.
